Admission Process

To begin the admission process, we recommend parents add their children to our waiting list. You can do this by submitting the waiting list form and fee payment. The waiting list fee is non-refundable and will be applied toward the enrollment fee once your child is placed in a class. You will be invoiced for the waitlist fee once your form is approved.

Each year in mid-January, we begin enrollment for our current families including any younger siblings. They have until late February to return the paperwork and fee. In March, we begin to pull from our waiting list to fill the remaining class openings.

Once contacted about a class opening, you will be able to secure a spot for your child by completing our enrollment confirmation paperwork and paying the balance of the enrollment fee. Additional enrollment paperwork, including our application, medical release form, and DHS Record form, will be sent to you during the summer. If an opening does not become available, you will have the option to remain on the waiting list for future openings.

Prior to the beginning of classes, all students must return the summer enrollment paperwork and a copy of your child’s most recent vaccination record. We are required by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services to have these forms on file before your child can attend the first day of preschool.
